The Scope of Application of Legal Assistance Agreements in Civil Matters Between Poland and Hungary and Between Poland and Romania in the Era of European Integration

Professor Paweł Czubik is a Polish legal scholar, Professor of Law at the Kraków University of Economics, and Head of the Department of International Public and European Law. He also serves as a judge of the Supreme Court of Poland. His research focuses on public international law, European law, international trade, and diplomatic and consular law. He is the author of more than 270 academic publications and has advised governmental, parliamentary, and judicial institutions on complex legal matters.
