New Civil Codes in Hungary and Romania
New Civil Codes in Hungary and Romania is a joint project of the Faculty of Law of ELTE University (Hungary) and the Department of Law of Sapientia University (Romania). This project includes two workshops, the first in Cluj-Napoca (Kolozsvár, Klausenburg), on 24th May 2013, and the second in Budapest, in the autumn of this year. Based on original research, comparative approach and excellent collaboration between scholars, the relevant findings will be published in a English language book at the end of 2013.
